To open an account on 35bat, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

Identity Verification (KYC)

35bat follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount.

Verification of the mobile number and email provided at registration is mandatory. Withdrawals cannot be processed on unverified accounts.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once it has been successfully confirmed by the system. Bets that are not confirmed due to internet disconnection or technical issues will not be accepted.

Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. For live betting, odds may change rapidly — the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
• Any pre-match bet placed after a match has already started will be considered void.
• 35bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• The maximum winnings from a single bet are subject to a set limit.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the designated time, the related bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. However, specific rules may apply for certain sports.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳300
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposit processing time: 1–5 minutes
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.

If a Transaction Fails

If a deposit fails and your funds have been deducted, contact our support team within 24 hours. Keep your transaction ID handy — it will be needed to resolve the issue.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount must be completed.

Weekly Cashback

A cashback of 5%–15% on net losses is credited every week. Cashback is automatically added to your account every Monday.

• Each promotion may only be used once.
• Bonus balance can be used to place bets but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in bonus cancellation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bat platform. If proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to steal or hack another member's account credentials.
• Creating an account under a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
